Fantastic home, great stay

What a fantastic stay, the owners are so nice and welcoming its like a home from home. House is beautiful with great views over the countryside. The bedroom has everything you need and is so comfy i did not want to get up in the morning. Breakfast is great with a wide selection that you will not go hungry. You go as a guest but come away as a friend that is gow they make you feel. Definitely would stay again when i am back up this way. Thank you P and R see you again

A hidden Gem

Avery warm and very friendly welcome by Rhona. The property is extremely well decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was ideal, with all amenities required and having access to our own entrance made it perfect.

We have stayed at Ayrs and Graces a few times now and always have an great time away! From arrival to leaving the hosts could not be anymore warm and welcoming.Nothing is a trouble,always so helpful if needed.The rooms are beautiful,very clean and comfortable.The breakfast is the best!.Highly recommend a stay here! It is our go to place for a chilled relaxing break

Lovely quiet location with stunning views of the Ayrshire countryside. Rooms and bathrooms decorated to high standard. French doors opening to an easterly view on what was a glorious morning. Was met by the lovely and very attentive Rhona whom mate the stay very pleasant.

Rhona is a wonderful host, our stay over the weekend was really comfortable and they even accommodated our dietary requirements by cooking special breakfast that tasted amazing. Will definitely visit again.

From the moment Paul greeted us at the door we were made to feel so very welcome. Paul knew we were going to a wedding in an hour so brought us a beer and glass of wine down to our sitting room whilst we rushed to get ready. He then very kindly dropped us of at the church. It felt like we were valuable friends and nothing was too much trouble to Rhona and Paul. I have never felt so cherished and so well looked after in a B&B. The room was amazing! Stunning layout, sumptuous furnishings, the best bed we have EVER slept in. The towels and dressing gowns were gorgeous, soft and generous. The breakfast both mornings was such a real treat and incredibly relaxing ambiance. Rhona and Paul are two of the most genuine, generous, warm and lovely people that we have been privileged to spend time with. We will most definitely be returning :) Ps Rhona also gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Robert Burns suite for our second night which was the first time ever we have had an upgrade. This kindness and generosity touched my heart so much. Thank you Rhona and Paul so very much xxx
