Great stay here at an amazing price. Fatma was very responsive and helpful. Common areas were cleaned every day. Cute property, easy to walk around the center and access dolmus from the main road.

I stayed there two nights and I really liked the place. Fatma Hanim is so kind and helpful, the place is clean, safe and close to main attractions. I was travelling alone and I’m glad that I stayed in that place. Thank you so much madam for making my trip amazing

For one day its ok

The positive aspects are probably the price, location, and cleanliness. The negative aspects are the lack of evening supervision of the guesthouse, as well as the guests are different, as we had to calm down three young people who were drinking alcohol and smoking until 2 a.m. The guesthouse can be locked from the inside with a deadbolt, making it impossible to open it from the outside with a key. It is unclear who came up with this idea, but there were issues with accessing the guest house as someone had locked the door. We recommend staying there for one night, but no more.

Mekan güzel temizlik cok iyi daha pansiyon a kapıdan girince mus gibi sabun kokuyordu yeni yıkanmış çamaşırlar. Çarşafla bembeyaz ve temiz havlular aynen. Tek sorun gece odaya geldiğimizde 3.kat olduğu için dus alabilecek kadar su akmiyordu ama ertesi sabah sicsk su aktı ve dus aldik(büyük ihtimalle Ayvalık genelinde hir su sorunu vardı.)yer arayanlara tavsiye ederim.

Konumu çok merkezi ancak ortak banyolu oda seçmişiz fark etmeden. Dikkat edilmesini tavsiye ederim. Oda en üst kattaydı ve direkt ortak kullanımlı terasa bakıyordu bunu pek sevmedikoda çok küçüktü 2 valiz zor açtık.
