"We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Park Hotel. It was a great location to Capital Hill and the mall as well as Union Station"

"Suuuuuuuper convenient and safe, nice area of DC , the location is less than 5 minutes from a metro station, the neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and markets. The amenities and all in one convenience of having a bar, dinning area and lounging spot, almost makes you want to stay in and enjoy the hotel a bit more, but a las there’s just so much to do in DC"

"Will stay again!"

"Beautiful modern hotel. Good location. Appreciated there not being carpet throughout. Easy, convenient parking."

"Everything was good"

Guests travelling by car should be clearly informed about such additional charges at the time of booking. It is also disappointing that parking arrangements for hotel guests are treated as an extra burden rather than a basic aspect of...

"The staff was very kind. The stay went well."

"All of the above. Will be staying here for future stays!! Highly recommended"
