"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. "Know that this hotel is NOT in walking distance BUT they do have a shuttle that passes every 30 min. Go out the door and turn left, walk a bit until you see a small sign for the Hyatt sign. Takes about 10 min to get there. Beautiful and huge hotel, modern. Buffet breakfast style with everything fresh. Bakery buffet is on the other side of the glass panel just a FYI. I ordered room service as i arrived late and ordered the cheese burger that came with fries. It was hot and fries were crispy. condiments came in little bottles. Was a very good "north american style" burger. Staff were so courteous and helpful! 10 out of 10 in my books!"
