"Room was very clean. Service in Belgium overall including this hotel is absolutely terrible. The entire building must be set to either cool or heat. Rooms are not able to be independently adjusted. As a result all 4 rooms were very warm."

"We opted to upgrade our room to larger room as we were staying 4 nights and happy we did. Every staff person we interacted with was positive, friendly and accommodated our requests. Our room was clean and it was fun to check out the roof top bar for the view at night. The area was safe to walk and easy to get around. We were very happy we booked in the downtown area. Lots of choice for restaurants and tours to book. In particular we recommend the city walking tours. "

"The hotel had a very nice vibe about it and it was in a nice location. It was modern and had a lot of comfortable seating area with a good bar. Rooms were nice and just big enough for two. The underground car park was convenient and cost €28 per day. We didn't have breakfast and couldn't comment on the food. I would recommend this hotel."
