"Nice interior inside the room but the temperature is too hot inside as the hotel is using more like a centralised AC system which we cannot adjust the temperature even you can switch the temperature down on the panel but the temperature never changes. Room was very clean but apart from soap and cream, the room wasn't included any amenities. Easy check in and check out but the staff wasn't too helpful. We were try to ask if there is a roof top bar, but the staff just said we will need to speak to the restaurant reception instead of briefly introducing us the hotel facilities as they are a different company. Overall the hotel rate 3.5-4 out of 5 and there is a lot of room for improvement."

"What a lovely hotel. Impressive room arrangement despite having a very open concept. Huge bed, room space was utilized really well. Breakfast spread was good and the staff were very accommodating. I was expecting self service, or that I would be talking to the computers in the lobby on the regular. But the lovely staff were always there to help with check in, luggage storage, water, etc. In my last 10 years of travel, this is also the only European hotel that allowed us to check in early, free of charge. I would give them six stars if I could."

"This lovely hotel is in a very convenient location, right across from the train station. We were only there for one night but we loved our room and enjoyed having the use of the pool and sauna. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent!"

"The location was great!!! In a quiet area but super easy to get to the action in 10mins. Staff were very friendly! We recommend you rent a bike for a day. We did and it was do fun!"

"Room was clean but a couple of areas that were a bit worn especially on the walls. Bathroom was great, coffee and tea available if needed. We ate in the city so can’t rate the food but the vending machines were reasonable for a late night sugar fix. Not too far from the tram stop and we felt it was very peaceful"
