"J'ai réservé 7 hôtels différents pour un même voyage et pour celui-ci, mes données ont été compromises. Les fraudeurs avaient toute l'information de cette réservation spécifique entre leurs mains et j'ai été harcelée par téléphone et courriel pendant plusieurs jours. J'ai communiqué avec l'établissement, qui m'a demandé de leur soumettre l'adresse de l'arnaqueur. Ils ont alors annulé ma réservation (payée à l'avance) sans m'aviser, et ma réservation était toujours active dans l'appli Expedia....

"Staff was friendly and prepared a breakfast to go because I had to check-out before breakfast starts. Hotel is at a great location within the old town. There are a few bars around the area and we can hear loud music and talking which made it hard to sleep. "

"Lovely apartment in Riga Old Town, with shops, cafes and bars nearby. Good facilities, only complaint was the bed was so big we couldn't get in from the side, so had to clamber over from the end."

"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"
