"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment. On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "

The room wasn’t very clean, and overall the hotel offers only the most basic facilities without any extras. If location is your top priority, it might work for you, but otherwise, it’s just a very standard hotel with minimal amenities."

"The hotel is across the street from Star Market which helped make grab and go meals convenient and affordable. The hotel's location is to blocks from the Copley Square Green line which made getting around Boston easy. "

"Staff wasn't friendly or greeting. Valet was okay but expensive didn't know they had bell services as they were never around to help or offer help. Room was good but was let down by the staff. "
