The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight — the view of the city was incredible. The bathroom was also impressively large, with both a bidet and a toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to the dining options, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We would happily return."
