Bliss On The River
10/10 Excellent
"Our host Emick was awesome very attentive gracious made us wonderful breakfast and the place is a 10! Love my room. The bed was so comfortable. The pillows were so cushy the sheets and comforter were so soft. The towels were plush. The room was fantastic. We had a room facing the river and the pool, which was wonderful of course and we were upstairs so we had a great view. The pool house was fantastic. That’s where we had our breakfast and you could go there and play games and hang out in the pool was beautiful. There’s a gazebo. The whole place is fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!"

"We were not sure how much space there was going to be. But we were pleasantly surprised. A lot of room for my son and his friends. The pool was amazing and our guests all had an amazing time. The game room was a big hit. Lots of things to do. We would definitely rent this home again."

Rolling Waves Haven | Concierge Services Available
10/10 Excellent
"This house was perfect for our group which was 8 adults and 10 kids. There was so much to do between the lake, pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing ping pong and cornhole. The inside of the entire house was very clean and all the appliances, including the grill outside worked perfectly. We didn't make much use of the pool table and shuffleboard since there was so much to do outside. But it's always nice to have indoor options in case it rains! This might not be a huge win for other families but for us, the THREE refrigerators were so nice to have since we cooked all our meals. The location is great because you can put in an HEB order at either the Kingsland or Marble Falls location and have it delivered within range. Highly recommend a boat rental for the day. The house comes with a boat slip so was really convenient to dock the boat in and out. Plus, the lake is large enough to go tubing!A few things that would have been nice to have:-Beach towels: Very little amount compared to the capacity of the house. -Life jackets: Minimal amount of adult and kids compared to how many kayaks and paddleboards were available. -Essential Cooking Ingredients: We got by just fine but would be nice to have some of the basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. We will definitely be coming back to Kingsland!"
Sandy Feet Retreat on LBJ - Pool, Hot Tub, Kayaks
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was amazing! House is absolutely beautiful. The space in the kitchen is to die for if you love cooking. All the dishes were in good condition. At times rentals have very used pots and pans that stick and make clean a task. Ohhhhh can't forget to mention the fridge space!! 2 mini fridges and a second full size fridge/frezzer in the laundry room. You will not have to worry about space to keep things cold. The outside 10x10 pool was clean, the furniture around the pool was comfortable, shade umbrellas kept us cool. The water donw at the river was a sight to see from the back porch. Loved all the games that were available to play. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Everything was wonderful will definitely return."
