"Unique and different from other hotels, it’s very old and need serious remodeling. Very small bathroom (reminds me of place in London) located right next to entrance of Sarak national park. Food is overpriced and nasty, no room service (order food u have to go pay and pick up yourself?) I won’t recommend, there are plenty of other hotels nearby and cheaper."
"Access code were sent via email on the day or arrival. So if you have no data connection you won’t be able to get to apartment. The place is fairly clean but bathroom is tiny. I was wondering if the bathroom door can close. The aircon smells like a wet dog and blast directly at the bed. Can’t get a good night slee. We were to stayed 3 nights but left after one. "
"The property was well maintained and the staff were knowledgeable. The hotel was extremely accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Sokcho."
"The room was great once I got there. This hotel is displayed as Sunrise Hotel Jumgmun on NAVER or Google as Sota only handles some of the rooms. It’s a completely virtual check-in process with no advance communication. Luckily the concierge at Sunrise Hotel was there and was able to call them for me and talk in Korean to get me checked in. "super clean and convenient to get to the main local fish market and bus station. there is a massage shop on the 2nd floor, very good and reasonable price. We got a room with ocean view and beautiful day and night. highly recommend. "
"We had an amazing stay at Le Collective Sokcho Central. Space was clean, great communication and easy self check-in. Located within walking distance to the lakeside. Cafes nearby and close to bus stops. Would definitely stay again!"
"The hotel seems new or, at the very least, newly remodeled. There is an outdoor pool which is free to use and very kid friendly. A sauna is in the basement, for a small fee, it is small but clean. They allow you to hang out on the rooftop, which is fantastic; it makes for wonderful nighttime views of the skyline. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Sokcho."
