Ugo's House is located in the center of Bagni di Lucca, close to all services such as bars, restaurants, the renowned thermal baths, and areas ideal for trekking or mountain biking.



The apartment, situated on the second floor of a modern condominium, consists of:



- Equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and everything you need for cooking, as well as an extendable dining table. The kitchen is connected to a balcony, which is also linked to one of the bathrooms.

- Living room with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, and smart TV.

- Bedroom 1: two single beds.

- Bedroom 2: one double bed.

- One full bathroom with shower box and bathtub.

- One service bathroom (without shower).



The accommodation offers fast Wi-Fi connection and free parking inside the condominium property (at least two parking spaces available).



We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility, allowing you to arrive even at night.



The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it stays cool all year round thanks to its elevated position above sea level and excellent natural ventilation.



The condominium does not have an elevator; the staircase is wide and there are about 20 steps to climb.
