"雙人房房間算得上寬敞，因為是木構建築，隔音效果不是很好。可以欣賞山景，建物依山而建，房間外就是步道。房內還是可以聽到步道遊客交談的聲音。餐廳餐點也很可口，buffet也很好吃，爐烤牛肉很讚軟嫩多汁，住二晚，菜色有略為調整。接駁車車班颇多很方便地點絕佳，廚師廚藝一流。雖然預到雨天天氣不佳，但是一點都不會影響天然森林。"

"Fenchihu Hotel was perfect for our overnight to Alishan. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had proper arrangements to see the Alishan Sunrise and even helped us coordinate our trip to Sun Moon Lake. We loved it!"

"The rooms were large and comfortable with desk and lounge type seating. The bathroom was large but the space around the sink was quite tight. My main issue was how hard the mattress is. I would have slept much better if the mattress was softer or if the hotel offered a topper to soften the mattress for those that need it. "

"The photo is the whole room - that's all of it - there is a tiny shower and toilet attached :) It's functional, and the environment is wonderful. All in all a fun but cramped stay :)) "

"It is ok. Don't expect much. The staffs are very nice. This is the first hotel where the bathroom is "dirty"...other peoples hair still in tub drain. Therefore make me question the cleanliness of the hot tub as it is the same until."

"The breakfast was really fresh and it was delicious. The salad was directly from their vegetable garden and the Sause was great. Everything was great! The room was very well designed, and you just felt a close hug with the nature! Best ever experience. We will definitely come back, when we have a chance in the future. "

"Spacious and clean rooms, but no elevator. The only one set of complimentary self-service laundry was very old. The dryer was especially inefficient. Strict visiting rules (one hour limit) for visitors of guests."
