"The hotel is an older hotel that is well maintained. The staff is very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. My only negative is that their is no restaurant and the website has not been updated to reflect that fact."

"We had a wonderful stay here from beginning to end. Communication was good and check in was easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were many. The beautiful backyard garden was the icing on the cake. As for the neighborhood, there was street parking right out front and good restaurants and nice shops close by and at the same time, the room was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Springer!"

"Clean room. Easy check in. Parking first come first served but no issues finding a garage. For one night stop en route to final destination and after two weeks touring around N California it was ideal. Good position for bars and restaurants. A bit noisy and small room but for secure parking and one night stay, fitted the bill. "

" I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, parking is free (which is a huge plus), and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area. However, there were a few disappointments that impacted our stay. The listing was a bit misleading, we were expecting a mini fridge in the room, but there wasn’t one. The TV was also not working during our stay, and while the room was clean, it definitely looked like it could use some maintenance and updating and the walls are pretty thin you could hear others next door. One of the biggest issues was the lack of clarity in the online description. Had the amenities and room details been more accurately described, I likely would have chosen to upgrade to a different room. Additionally, Expedia indicated that early check-in was available for a fee, but when I asked the front desk, I was told this wasn’t an option and had to wait until the standard 3 PM check-in time. It would be helpful if this information were clearly and accurately reflected online to avoid confusion. Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but better transparency in the listing would have made a big difference in managing expectations. "

"Parking was an issue. Have an F150 Truck, didn’t fit in single parking had to take two spots due to angle of spots. First come first serve, not enough spots per room. One night had to pay for public parking. Owner on site very friendly and accommodating with parking issue. Room clean, bathroom extremely small, faucet not caulked/attached to sink so it moved at each use. Missing smoke alarm, exposed wires hanging down from ceiling. Ice maker out of order."
