"So many great things about this stay! Our family was greatly appreciative of host communication, spacious stay, and plenty of room for activities. The back porch was lovely to sit out on and drink coffee in the morning. We took off one star due to cleanliness - overall, first impressions were great but we noticed a lot of outdated kitchen supplies that were scratched up and some had food still caked on it. We ended up buying a new pan to use for making breakfast. I think the price was fair for a more dated house / appliances and furnishing but the living room would definitely benefit from an updated couch. People were scared to lean back and get comfortable due to a weak back support on the couch. The hot tub was fantastic and ample parking for a large family gathering was great. We easily fit our 4 cars. Check in and check out were also very easy to do. I would recommend this stay for a large group on a budget who are looking for a wonderful location near Breckenridge! "

The open concept. kitchen and living space flowed to allow us all to gather. The downstairs two bedrooms were perfect setup for the kids with all the board games, video games, arcades etc. Communicative host! Really nothing more anyone could ask for. "
