スタッフの教育をすべき！
何を頼んでもまったく聞いてくれませんでした。
8時からの朝食で初日は8:15くらいからだったので翌日は8:30にでたいので8時には朝食をはじめたいと伝えスタッフはオッケー、ノープロブレムといいながらやはり8:15すぎてからスタッフが調理をはじめお茶しか飲めず。
テレビは滞在中一度も映らず。
シャンプーをくださいといっても忘れてるし、電球がきれてて変えてくれと言ってもすぐにしますといいながらまったくかえず翌日もすぐにすると言いながらこない。部屋の掃除もはいってくるだけでゴミはそのまま、タオルをかえるわけでもなく何しに部屋にはいってきてるのか意味不明。
最後も鉄道駅までタクシーをお願いしたのにわけわからんところつれてかれてまわりのドライバーが通訳して助けてもらったり。
こんな適当なホテル泊まる意味ないです。

Hotel işletmesinden şikayetçiyim.Nedenini gelince;rezervasyonda herhangi bir sorun olmadığından emin olmak için 08.09.2016 tarihinde direk hoteli arayarak bilgi aldım. Hotelden bir yetkili herhangi bir sorunun olmadığını söyledi.Hatta bir önceki gün de hotelden birileri bizim gelip gelemeyeceğimizi teyit etmek için baku'da yaşayan Azeri arkadaşımı arayarak bilgi almışlardı.Bunlara rağmen akşam saatlerinde hotele vardığımızda yetkililer boş odanın olmadığını ve hotel işletmesi 2 gün önce el değiştirdiğinden dolayı karışıklık olduğunu söylediler.Onların ve benim aradığımı da inkar ettiler.Bizim mağduriyetimizi gidermek amacıyla başka hotellerden boş oda ve kiralık daireler aramaya başladılar. Bayram tatilinden ve hotellerin doluluğundan başarılı olamadılar.Bir yetkili kendisi Türkiye'de tatil yaparken Antalya Kemer'de buna benzer sorun yaşadığını,normal karşıladığını ve bizim de normal karşılamamızı istiyordu.Bir saat geçtikten sonra ben Azeri arkadaşımla birlikte ayrıldığımız bütçemize göre hotellerde boş oda aramaya başladık ve nihayet Xaqani Küçesinde Empire Hotelde boş oda bularak konaklamaya başladık.Dolayısıyla yaşadıklarımızdan sonra Fountain Square Hotel ile ilgili iyi yorumlar yapacağım mümkün değildir.Bize göre hotel işletmecileri veya sahipleri hotel nasıl yönetilir bilmiyorlar.Sayın İlgililer,bizim yaşadıklarımızı diğer tatilcilerin yaşamamaları için konu ile ilgilenmenizi rica ediyorum.Teşekkürlerimi sunar çalışmalarınızda başarılar diyorum.Saygılar, Behram AKSOY
