"The beach view at this house is stunning, along with the sunsets. House was very clean and well stocked for all your beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, bikes, sand buckets, football, volleyball and beach towels. It was an easy walk to Balboa for restaurants and the ferry to Balboa Island. I highly recommend this house and will be back with my family of ten!"

"We’ve booked 6 different houses on the beach up and down the Balboa peninsula over the last six years - this was by far the best. We rebooked this house for next year before we left. Most listings drastically overstate the “luxury” of the rental - that was NOT the case here. This property was vastly more beautiful than the listing. Think St. Regis, Ritz Carlton, etc. This place has high end appliances, a new grill and loads of space. The private courtyard was a favorite for our older family members looking for a beautiful place to read. The enormous garage fit our Ford Expedition rental just fine. Book this place and relax. We will continue to rent here as long as it’s available. Having the fridge stocked was a nice touch!"

"The place was really nice, comfortable and warm. Appreciated all the welcoming details throughout the house (lotions, towels, lip balm and many more). Loved the outdoor area where I could enjoy the fantastic view and feel the ocean. Car access was easy. I felt well taken care of from the start as Frances was kind enough to greet me upon my arrival. Would definitely recommend !"

"Property is right next to the beach which can be seen from the window. Plenty to do within a short walk in any direction. Lots of restaurants to choose from and boats to go out on for fishing or dolphin/whale watching."
