"Great vacation experience overall. The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we wanted / needed to maximize our enjoyment of the beach all week while we were there. "The photos were deceiving-in the best way! The property was much larger than expected, very clean, and located right on the waterfront with easy access in and out. Communication with Pat was excellent-quick and easy throughout our stay.One thing to note: while the property does include a garage, extended SUVs (ESV) won’t fit, so street parking may be needed. Overall, a great stay and we’d absolutely recommend it."

"Gorgeous and spacious beach house. Rented for our kids’ spring break from high school! Great location just away from the busy but close enough too! If you don’t NEED to be on boardwalk this is the place! I watched sunrise from master bed every morning and was steps away from the sunsets. We hung out on the bayside with a paddle board we brought with the 12 year old one day where she found new friends to play with. Parked one car in garage and there seemed to always be a free street spot in front of the rental too. This place is highly recommended, my only suggestion is to plan to buy or bring your own shower soap and hair products, the supply is minimal and low quality and if planning to cook the kitchen/grill is perfect, you’ll find plenty of supplies and small appliances to work with. "
