"We had a great time at Snails Pace. It truly feels like a little home away from home. The host is so responsive and friendly. The house is well stocked and the location is great. You have the beach pretty much to yourself and can see the stars so clearly at night. It really is a forgotten paradise. We will absolutely be back!"

"I loved how secluded we were from the towns and how quiet the neighborhood was. The location of this rental was in a very beautiful spot. We caught a lot of fish right off of the beach and we went swimming at a couple other public beaches located within 6 miles of the house. We ate the best barbecue at Hamaknockers, about 30 minutes from the rental. Highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for laid back, cozy and quiet. Note this is on a wild life refuge, so expect to see wild life."

"Excellent, but it could have been even better! I rated it four stars because there was a foul odor left in the refrigerator by the previous tenant. The cleaning crew should have caught this. Also, there was no gas tank for the gas grill when we arrived. Molly took care of these things quickly once we were able to get through to her. We hope to return someday soon, and look forward to giving this wonderful place a five star review next time."

"We had a great time! We went for the beach and that’s what we got! The house was very accommodating and the open floor plan allowed us to enjoy some much needed family time! The fact that we didn’t have to fight for a spot on the beach or rent beach equipment was worth it for my wife and I. I think the kids (ages 16-20) would have liked to have been a little closer to a beach town but when it was all said and done, we had a great time and would recommend this house as a great, low key vacation getaway!"

"Another Wonderful Stay!We enjoyed our first stay here so much that we came back, and it was just as great the second time. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The location is peaceful and quiet, and the views of the water are hard to beat.Once again, the screened porch was one of our favorite spots—we spent lots of time out there enjoying the ocean breezes, reading, relaxing, and taking in the view. The house is a great place to unwind and enjoy the Forgotten Coast, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to stay in the area. We’re already looking forward to another visit!"

From the moment we arrived, it brought such a sense of peace, calm, and relaxation — exactly what our family needed.Being able to paddleboard alongside the dolphins was absolutely incredible. It felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by so much beauty and tranquility.
