Hotel Premier Sofia Airport

"The hotel is good. Receptionist and restaurant staff were excellent. Getting the shuttle from airport to hotel was impossible and agonising because we didn’t realise one has to register beforehand. We waisted over an hour in the airport, multiple phone calls were not answered even when police attempted to help us. We had to take a taxi. We were helped by the receptionist once we got to hotel to register for shuttle for the next morning. The ride takes about 5-10 minutes. The driver was polite and understanding."

"The room was very specious and well equiped for long stay. Housekeeping was very efficient, but the physical condition of some the equipment in the room saw better days, and some broken parts, eventhough working, should've been ficxe or replaced."
