The Villa itself sits at an elevation of 720 feet above sea level accessed via a dirt road (4X4 required) The constant ocean breezes and cool air of the jungle are the origin of Casa Rimba's inspiration as it translates to "sounds of the jungle". The temperature keeps at a cool 82 degrees consistently making Casa Rimba a perfect vacation spot all year round...
Casa Rimba is conveniently located near Escaleras Village - only a 1 min drive or a nice jungle hike. Escaleras Village has a great Market, Spa, Coffee Shop, and outstanding restaurant with beautiful jungle views.

The gated electronic entryway leads into Ka Noare, an exclusive development of estate homes with many amenities. The actual entrance to the Casa Rimba estate consists of majestic steel door with beautiful stone carvings and water feature which leads into a grand opening fountain entrance. Th entrance opens onto the open living room and kitchen all extending to an expansive deck and 360 degree elevated infinity pool surrounded by jungle and ocean views.

This jungle estate combines indoor/outdoor living, all blended together in a unique way that enhances the natural surroundings, all while maintaining a superior level of comfort. The open floor plan consists of state of the art kitchen with Hafele hardware and quartzite counter tops and stainless steel GE profile appliances. All sinks and facets are kohler. A large cascading quartzite island with prep sink and gas cook top makes cooking at ease while enjoying the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean over infinity pool! Local food, fresh catch and fruits are available for delivery OR you can make a quick run into town and pick up locally grown groceries for supper for the more adventurous type.

The living area has a large TV with Sonos connected ceiling speakers throughout common areas.

Casa Rimba opens to an outdoor patio area complete with teak decks and travertine stone, rattan lounge chairs with sumbrela material and very comfortable sitting area. As well as an outdoor kitchen with built in four burner gas grill, outdoor beverage center and prep sink, all complemented with a rattan table that comfortably seats six. This area truly is amazing! Our guests have stayed at Casa Rimba for weeks or months solely basking in the comfort of this great outdoor area.

The 32' long 360 degree infinity edge "Bali stone" pool is large enough to swim laps in and is both children and seniors friendly. The view from the pool that is overlooking the ocean with Marino Ballena National park is awe inspiring. A must see to believe.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom with teak platforms and high flow rain and spray shower. Also, with walk in closets and teak king size beds with pillow top mattresses, split central A/C super quiet. A full unobstructed ocean and jungle views from 3 master bedrooms with generous walk in closets. The showers make you feel as if outside yet private and enclosed. You can opens up to bring the jungle and ocean breezes in, and can be closed and locked for privacy and security.

The surrounding jungle canopy is alive with both howler and white faced monkeys, vibrant colored Toucan birds, sloths, iguanas and parrots.
