The room was a good size and very clean. Shower was pretty good with plenty of hot water. Probably the best part was the large balcony which was great for a relaxing drink in the late afternoon. It wasn't a great view just overlooking the main street, but we didn't pay for a view so didn't care. Great location in Ballina very handy to shops and restaurants.

The room was clean and comfortable. Requested a water view by email and also asked questions about check in via email but did not get a reply. When I telephoned about check in the person was helpful. The water view was lovely from the front of the hotel, unfortunately we had a car park view from the back of the hotel.
