"I was disappointed at breakfast. The servers were less than enthusiastic about being there and serving us. There were 3 empty tables that had not been bussed next to us and were not bussed during our time there, (Even though they were not busy.) The food did not come as described in the menu. I feel that when I pay top dollar for a hotel room, the hotel restaurants would equal to the price point that I am paying. I felt that the offerings and service were sub standard. Furthermore, I was given a number to text if I had questions. I texted the number with a question, but received no response for the duration of the trip. Don't offer a service you don't intend to support."

"The stay was beautiful, there was literally no complaints until the ac unit in the room started leaking. Started at 4am and told the front desk. But sadly the issue wasn’t resolved before I left."
