Wilhemenia at the front desk was the best, she took great care of us and her advice was spot on. Rooms were very large and clean. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will stay here again while in Baltimore.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The only complaint I could make is that the heat was erratic, a problem I assume will be fixed in the upcoming renovation. The manager (Ms. King, I believe) went out of her way to assist us.

There is no facility for self parking , also there is not possible. The valet parking is excelent but for additional fee. The bathroom tiles must be replace. The breakfast is excelent. I like this place.

The.property was once an old bank, and much of the original features have been preserved, including the vault. Room was comfortqble and clean, free breakfast was sdequate. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was cost of parking.
