This place was amazing! Clean, beautiful, fully stocked with everything we needed including chargers! We were able to walk everywhere! The Stadium, the Inner Harbor, restaurants. It was absolutely perfect! 10/10

Fantastic!

This is a great place to stay!The location is fantastic - so close to the Inner Harbor and many great restaurants yet on a quiet street.The house is great! Nice, big kitchen that is well appointed.I highly recommend!

Lovely stay, two considerations

For the most part, we loved this property. It was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, had great living space and the host was both pleasant and responsive. The parking pass situation was easy to navigate - we parked within a block of the house both times we needed a spot. I also loved the layout, which was something I hadn’t gathered from the listing. The ground floor where you enter has all the common space, the next floor up has a bedroom and full bathroom and bathroom and the next floor up had the other bedroom and bathroom. Very nice for having quiet space.Two considerations worth a mention: 1) we had hot weather when we visited and the AC does not reach the top floor with the second bedroom. The host provided ample fans and cooling ideas but in that type of weather, it wasn’t ideal. 2) on the two weekend nights of our stay, there were several people riding illegal street bikes late into the night on nearby streets (and up on the pedestrian paths around Federal Hill’s park) with police helicopters flying around tracking them. I don’t know if this is a normal occurrence and if that weekend we visited was an exception, but it was unpleasant to encounter when walking home later at night, and especially scary walking with a small child. I debated whether to list these considerations because they are mostly out of the host’s control (and otherwise had a lovely experience) but felt the second one especially had an impact and it’s important to be aware.

Comfortable and great location!

Easy to walk to inner harbor and plenty of restaurants nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was clean and has everything we needed. Very comfortable! Loved the patio!

A comfortable, well-equipped property in a great location. And a few problems.

The location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and Federal Hill Park. The pass provided made parking relatively easy. The townhouse is thoroughly and thoughtfully equipped. Replies to communications were swift, friendly, and responsive. There were a few problems. I feel that as a reviewer, I should report what I observed, and let the reader draw any conclusions. (1) There was a large rack mounted on the wall inside the front door using heavy iron pipes as hanging rods and posts. Just before we checked out, the entire unit came loose from the wall. Inspection revealed that it was mounted with three small-gauge screws in drywall anchors, nowhere near enough to support the large, heavy unit. (2) On arrival, there were hand towels and a washcloth hanging in the two full bathrooms, all apparently used. Also, the toilet in the top-level bathroom was clogged, requiring plunging to clear it. (3) There were tiny ants in the top-level bathroom. (4) Sticky floors may be more like a pet peeve, but when mopped floors aren't thoroughly rinsed, footwear sticks to them. It's unpleasant, and makes it seem like they're not as clean as they might be. Weighing positives and negatives, I would return to this rental when I'm in Baltimore again, and I recommend it to others. With the exception of the coat rack becoming detached from the wall, the negatives were minor annoyances that had little effect on our enjoyment of a wonderful weekend.

More Stars Needed

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Really a nice property about a block and a half from the waterfront, and from Federal Hill Park. Within short walk of more great restaurants than we could get to in a week! Property worked great for my wife and I plus our adult daughter. Not only was there a complete selection of appliances, there was also a good selection of coffee, and other foods and beverages. We never actually met Tristan and Emily, but when we had a couple of questions and messaged... the response was nearly immediate. We would definitely stay here again.
