"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. "The gym was more than adequate- nice actually! The pool is perfect for a layover day. Good local food across the street (turn right for the crosswalk/ zebra crossing). Shuttle to airport was perfect. Had 2 great massages at the spa. Prices are reasonable (unless you’re backpacking trying to live super cheaply) and good value for money. What I didn’t like is the reception staff on the phone told me upon arrival thst the shuttle picks up at the airport only one time per hour. Maybe I should have read that somewhere. Easy to take a short taxi ride (or Grab); be sure to take the taxi line marked “Short trips” when queuing for the public taxi."

"We booked this hotel for an overnight stay between flights. The complimentary airport shuttle was a brilliant first impression of the service. The check-in was friendly and efficient and the family room was good (clean, well equipped, comfy king and twin beds) . The hotel is not really near much so we stayed on site. We ate at the Thai restaurant by the golf course and it was lovely. Breakfast in the Fountain restaurant was ok.."
