"Reservations were made easily through an online platform. Property emailed me a contact number so that I could contact them as needed upon my arrival to Chongqing. Once I arrived by metro, I messaged the property and they gave me further directions on how to locate the hotel by pin location. Located on the 41st floor (take elevator 5 or 10), check in was easy. I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot!
