Beautiful building and unique location. Comfortable room and wonderful dining experience! Staff a little inexperienced but very helpful and friendly. Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless.

Ingen roomservice i en suite på et 4 stjernet hotel er uacceptabelt. Jacuzzi på værelset var beskidt, med spindelsvæv i vinduesrammerne. Måtte anmode om flere håndklæder end de 2 som var på værelset, hvilket er alt for lidt hvis man både skal have med til Nordisk Spa med sauna og tørre sig efter boblebad. Vi blev mødt af en tjener som uden at tjekke, sagde at værelset ikke var klar. Men en anden tjener informerede om at værelset var klar. Det kræver ikke meget i service bare at tjekke systemet, så man ikke skal sidde i baren og vente uden grund. Bestilte ribeye til aftensmaden som var den tyndeste udskæring nogensinde set på under 1cm i tykkelse og uden stegeskorpe, under al kritik til de priser. Morgenmaden var også skrabet, der manglede the og kaffe konstant, youghurten var der kun begrænsede glas af. Ingen vand, kun juice.

Urent boblebad med spindelsvæv i vindueskarmene.

Dejligt ophold med flot service og mad

Vores værelser var OK men lidt “trætte”. Dog synes jeg der manglede TV og værdiboks. Restauranten bød på rigtig lækker mad og en service helt i top. Morgenmaden var perfekt og blev portionsserveret ved bordet - og der manglede bestemt ikke noget. Stemningen fra vi ankom til vi forlod hotellet var varm og vi følte at der blev kræset om os både i restaurant og bar.
