Acceptable place to stay for the night. noticeable trace of tobacco smell in the room. If you decide to move the bed you will uncover a layer of dust beneath it. The bathroom could have some maintenance. Located near the quay, cafes, restaurants and shops are plentiful in the vicinity.

so eco friendly it wasnt cleaned

we arrived bandirma to find ferry was cancelled so had to book a coach to istanbul , Goznur was prebooked . checkin was awkward as no english spoken got room dumped bags and went for food , on return we found all the bins full of rubbish and marks on the sheets , so the room had not been clean prior to our arrival which was about 3pm . think we were room2 beware this at the front of hotel the windows are single glazed and being in town centre very loud so didnt sleep well would i stay here again or recommend it deffo not find somewhere else , not often i write a bad revue , but this one i felt i had to comment

Cheap but not cheerful.

We don’t mind cheap and cheerful but this was cheap without the cheerful. Only booked it for it’s proximity to the ferry, but we made a mistake. The room was dirty, the bathroom sink was coming off the wall and had no hot water, the ‘Hotel’ sign outside our window was flashing all night, the balcony door didn’t fit or lock properly and the street was unbelievably noisy, a kettle but no tea or coffee, no under sheets….I could go on. Lovely young lady who checked us in didn’t speak English, but we managed perfectly well with Google translate. She told us that breakfast was at 7am, but when I said we had to leave earlier to get the ferry, she said 6.30 would be fine. Not so. She wasn’t there next morning and the crusty old guy (the owner?) who tapped his watch clearly wasn’t going to serve breakfast. If you are used to hostels and don’t mind roughing it, then this place is fine. It’s certainly very cheap, but personally we would pay a bit more and go somewhere else.

Asansör yok. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Ben siteden oda kiralarken fiyat farkını verdim büyük odayı tuttum fakat klima çalışsın istediğim için küçük oda verildi. Sanırım klima sorunu var odaların genelinde çok şükür bu küçük odada o sorun yoktu, sanırım o nedenle bayan bize burayı verdi teşekkür ediyorum. Merkeze çok yakın konumda, kahvaltı idare eder. Gelelim olumsuz tarafa odalar acayip sigara kokuyor sigara içilmeyen oda seçeneği burada geçersiz. Perdeyi kaldırdık yoksa klima veya camdan esen hava ile içeri yine sigara kokuyor. Acilen tüm otelin detaylı temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Bence kalan sabit müşterileri olduğu içinde bu sorun olabilir bilemiyorum. Çarşaflar veya yastık kılıfları temiz ama kılıfın içindeki yastık sap sarı onlar ara sıra değişmeli veya yıkanmalı. Bu arada otopark sorunu var otel çalışanları yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.

personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ama temziliği yeterli değil. Çift kişilik yatağı olan odalar oldukça küçük, valizinizi koyacak yer bile bulamıyorsunuz. Oda ağır sigara kokuyor. Kilima arızalı.

Fiyat/Performans kıyaslamasına göre mükemmel bir otel. Calışan abla ve abi çok iyi, çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Odada biraz kötü koku vardı ve klima çalışmıyordu, klima servisini arayacaklarını soylediler.

Dışarda zorda kalmadıkça tavsiye etmem

Otel berbat bir otel bir daha olsa asla tercih etmem. 1)klimaları çalıştırmıyorlar odalardan kumandaları almışlar sorduğumda pandemiyi bahane ettiler yasak diye ama 7 mayıs 2022 bir sürü otelde kaldığım pandemi zamanında hepsindede klimalar çalışıyordu 2) odalar buz gibi hiç bir ısıtma yok 3) musluktan sıcak su akmıyor 4) çarşaflar kokuyor oda temizliği berbat her yerde saç dolu dolaplar kokuyor 5) perdeler kapanmıyor zebra perde ama berbat monte etmişler içerisi gözüküyor 6) yerlerde yapış yapış şeyler ayakkabı ile gezmişler terlikle gezme şansınız sıfır 7)kahvaltı dahil aldım kahvaltı berbattı kokmuş peynir zeytinler hep üstünde ekmek kırıntıları vs domates ve salatalıkda siyah siyah şeyler vardı tüm ürünler açıktaydı hiç yemedim dışarda kahvaltı etmek zorunda kaldım

Açıkçası bu fiyata olabilecek en iyi hizmeti aldığımı düşünüyorum. Üç kişilik oda tuttuk içerisi baya genişti iki tane çift kişilik bir tane tek kişilik yatak vardı. Sadece başta otopark sıkıntısı yaşadık fakat resepsiyondaki abi bize kapının önünde yer ayırmış arabayı oraya koyduk. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim.

Otel rezervasyonu yaptıktan sonra otel sahibi aradı ve hotels uygulamasında 155 lira gösterilen fiyatı telefon ile beni arayıp nakit 200 TL olarak alacağını söyledi. Yazılan ile olan arasında fark var. Ama personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Otoparkın olmaması, mevsim yoğunluğu ile aşırı zorladı. Aracımı kaç sokak ileri park ettim anlatamam. Ama günü birlik gidişler için yaterli bir otel.

Otel küçük ve beklentileri karşılayacak nitelikte. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi her konuda yardımcı oldu. İletişim sorunu yaşamadık. Ancak rezervasyonunuzu ve ödemenizi tavsiye ederim zira sizi aeayup nakit ödeme ve rezervasyon yaptığınız fiyattan yüksek bir ödeme istenebilir. Lokasyon olarak gayet iyi.

Nişanlımın doğum günü için özel bir sürpriz planladım ve sadece uyumak için tuttuk, banyoda su tıkandı, klima soğutmadı 10dk sonra otomotik kapandı söyledik ancak çözülmedi, gece uyuyamadık, buzdolabı fişi çekikti taktık çalışmadı, tuvalette klozet küçük çapraz oturmak zorunda kaldık, otopark yok sokak sokak park yeri aradık, nevresimler kokuyordu, kahvaltı yapmadan gittik, resepsiyon iyi sıkıntı yok fakat biz klima konusunda cidden sorun yaşadık ve uyumak için gittik uyuyamadık, nişanlım arabada uyusaydık keşke dedi, hotels de puanı yüksek diye tercih ettik ama pişman olduk. Uygulamayı bir daha kullanmayı dahi düşünmüyorum. Ben müşteriyim paramı veririm hizmet alırım hizmet alamazsam başkaları da hizmet alamaz bu kadar net.
