A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 1200m from the port, shops, and the sea, and 1300m from the sandy beaches. You can park your vehicle in the underground garage and leave it alone during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room consisting of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. For the sleeping area, a hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, the first with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and the second bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed. For amenities, you have a new bathroom and separate toilet. Regarding the exterior, you have access to a beautiful terrace of just over 25m² overlooking the entire living room. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The apartment has been completely renovated recently and you have an internet box with Wi-Fi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day, per pet, surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. This deposit will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rental property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents. We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
