Clean room and professional staff Maybe doesn’t hurt to put some extra signs with elevator location as I found it a little tricky to locate it (especially on the 4th floor) Otherwise-nice and clean hotel, very convenient!

10/10 highly recommend, great price for the level of comfort, the bed was amazing the room wasn’t super hot. Tech was a bit dated could do with updated smart TV’s in the rooms but that’s just being picky. Great establishment would come back again

This is my third time staying here, and I loved it just as much as the first time. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and the beds are great. The communal hot tub with jets + sauna is excellent after a long hike in the mountains. They don’t have a free breakfast included, but they make up for it with the complimentary Roam bus passes. All in all, very happy with what we get in exchange for the price. Looking forward to coming back again.

What a stunning hotel! Walkable in to the centre of Banff and the hot pool is lovely to wind down at the end of the day. The room was spotless and parking is underground and safe. We loved our stay here.

The property was in a great location. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The spa area was fabulous after long days of hiking. The restaurant attached had great food with even better prices. We really liked the complimentary bus passes that we received upon check in. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but other than that the room fit our needs and the beds were comfortable.
