Great location, cozy rooms, and helpful staff. The free bus passes were great and plenty of parking available. The only thing we had an issue with was very poor wifi.
Good stay…room was spacious and clean. Balcony had a nice view. Main drawback was no air conditioning so sleeping was a bit warm (daytime highs were about 25c). Staff were fantastic - very accommodating. They give you free bus tickets that get you in to town conveniently so don’t be concerned about distance and driving/parking.
So ein schönes Hotel, tolle Lage mit kostenlosen Bustickets. Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Wir wären gern länger geblieben. Super übrigens, dass an den Fenstern Moskitonetze angebracht sind.
Our studio was very clean and nice, and the room view was beautiful. Overall, I was satisfied: the staff were friendly, and we had a free bus ticket, so our transfer was free. We were happy with everything.
The individual rooms were great, but amenities were poor. Looked at using the sauna and it smelled absolutely awful. Would not recommend them for their amenities but individual rooms were pleasant and would use them again for that.
The property is run down, and the rooms are in need of some TLC. The beds were very uncomfortable. Even the linens were scratchy. The walls are very thin, and you can hear every noise in the hallway and in the rooms next door.
To us this was the perfect locations - very close to town but far enough to be quiet and feel removed. Nice bathrooms with soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. The one bedroom loft was perfect for our family of 3.
We loved our stay at this hotel! Their staff (most especially Emma) was very nice and friendly. Bus passes included with our stay which was very helpful so we didn’t have to drive to Banff town (parking is expensive!). Full kitchen so we were able to save some money cooking some of our meals. Bathroom was updated so that was nice. All in all, we recommend this hotel and most likely going to return here for our next trip to Banff!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stayed for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The property was nice, and we enjoyed our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. We checked in late on our first night, and the following morning housekeeping came around 8:30 a.m. While we appreciate their effort, we had to decline service because our young child was still sleeping.
The next morning, before leaving for the day, we specifically requested housekeeping service. We were surprised to be told that housekeeping staff were not available that day, so our room was not cleaned during our stay. As a result, the room was never serviced, and the bed sheets were not changed at any point during our 3-night stay.
Aside from this issue, everything else was good. We hope the hotel can improve housekeeping availability and communication for future guests.
Nice to have your own little space but it wasn’t very clean. The couch looked like it had seen much better days and had dirt and grime. Bed was comfortable.
