Overall, I want to say not best but not bad and beautiful hotel, The Mall Bang kapi is just 10 minutes from hotel, located in peaceful and beautiful area and staff are polite very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Very nice hotel and staff. 8 minute walk to Mall Bang Kapi . Food was a little pricey for Thailand, but was good. Breakfast buffet was ok, didn't like that their fried eggs were served ice cold. Room was clean and up to date. They did not provide hand soap for the bathroom so bring your own. Overall pleasant stay and we will return.

We did not get the room we booked. Did not match the listing. Bed was a rock and the pillows were worse. Would not recommend this to anyone. The staff barley spoke english and was not helpful in any capacity.

We enjoyed staying here, but there was a big party below us. The hotel manager promptly came to our room & asked if we wanted to move to different room. He sincerely expressed his concerns and apologized. So we did changed room to a higher floor and much nicer view. The hotel staffs were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is next to a canal. You can take a boat ride to city center and main attractions etc. This will save you a lot of time. Breakfast was good. The only thing that we didn’t liked was the hard pillows… we will definitely come back here.

Requested the cutlery set for room service. Reception refused and told us to go down to the kitchen, located on the ground floor, and pay 20 bahts. Such terrible service I have never experienced before, even in lower-star hotels.

Zimmer waren gut. Personal war oft sehr unfreundlich und es wird für alles extra kassiert. Selbst eine neue Zimmerkarte kostet Geld. Das Essen ist ok, aber die Frühstücks Auswahl ist sehr überschaubar. Es gibt zwar Reis, Suppe und 2 Warme Gerichte, aber ansonsten für „klassisches frühstück“ nur Toast, Erdbeermarmelade und Spiegelei. Selbst Milch für den Kaffee ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und sollte dann zum Teil extra bezahlt werden.

It is located on Ramkhamhaeng Road , close to the Mall Departmentstore. In the hotel, it is clean in the room. If possible stay at the top floor from 10th up the you can see view in the area.

空港に近く、静かなホテル

空港から電車で3駅目約15分（25バーツ）で降りて、タクシーで20分（100バーツ位）で ホテルに到着 道路より少し奥に有る為、騒音は聞こえず、静かです。 観光には少し不向きかもしれませんが、空港の乗り継ぎには便利。 又、中心街まではタクシーで30分程（100～120バーツ）で行く事も出来ます。 私が宿泊した時は観光バスのツアー客が沢山、宿泊していました。

Convenient to Suvarnabhumi, clean and comfortable.

Had an 8am flight out of Suvarnabhumi so flew in the night before and stayed at the Alexander Hotel. There are a few signs of age but it is clean and comfortable. In the short time we were there the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is very good and I know from previous stays that the breakfast is good.
