Hotel is at level 2. very convenience, near Platinum Mall, surrounding have shopping. Near famous Wanton mee.

Arck Hotel Bangkok Review

This hotel is good, located at the center of Bangkok. However, there is no BTS/MRT station nearby. Not advisable to use tuk-tuk, because the drivers are not honest, usually cut-throat. A big part of my travel expenses spent on Grab. Amenities are very basic, i can only rate it 2.5 star hotel. The plus point is breakfast food are good, even though not having large variety of choice.

near to many shopping and eating areas. but there is room for improvement to its existing amenties like plumbing, water drippings from pipes and tv instruction manual. overall i can feel sincerity from the staffs in their handling of their stations. thats positive. a good experience from a solo traveller like me.

Amenities in the room could be cleaner - found a baby cockroach in the toilet. Shower glass door could not close all the way - non-major inconvenience. Water in shower drained very slowly.

住宿不錯，地方乾淨，附近飲食娛樂都很齊全，唯獨安全問題方面有待改善，地下門口經常沒有關門，酒店以外的人隨時隨地可以上去，而且酒店下面經常有很多不知道什麼人聚集
