The hotel is located next to BTS with its own sky bridge. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation during our stay. The hotel was able to provide transport to another pool but 15mins away.

This is 2nd time staying at this hotel. Our Bangkok business partner's office is not too far away, and it is right next to the Metro stop, which is extremely convenient. There are enough food courts and stalls nearby for a quick bite of things as well as the breakfast buffet choices are great as well.

Responsive. The requests about room were quickly accommodated eg 1) quick to change to hard pillows when I called. 2) I told the Front Desk the button of the hair dryer was hard to pull up, Housekeeping changed to another one when they made up the room.
