Har bott på hotellet förut och uppskattar det , bra gym bra service och bra rum. Ligger väldigt bra till också. Är idag lite skavanker i pool området mm. Men dom har påbörjat renoveringen av hotellet. 👍👍

To be fair, the property is old and rather tired, but is in the process of renovating and moving under the Accor umbrella. Things are a bit of a mess, but that should be sorted out by April 2020. The price per sq meter is the big attraction, as older properties like this have much bigger rooms (bigger than many new condos). One item, Bei Otto, the German place next door, is abusively loud, making it hard to sleep. You want to stay on the Soi 18 side to avoid this. On the good side, you can enter from either Soi 20 (main entrance) or Soi 18, which puts you much closer to the BTS and MRT for transit.

Old and used

One the positive side the hotel location are great. Only 500 m to Asok skytrain station. The hotel is on the webpage 4 star. In reality the hotel should not be rated higher than 2 stars. The only thing 4 star about this hotel, is that the price at the pool bar is the same as you will meet in 4 and 5 star hotels. 200 bath for a small beer + 10 % service. You will meet a extremly used hotel that proberly ones was nice, but now it realy need to be renovated. If you should pay more than 75 USD per night you can find better hotels. Hotels.com should change the 4,5 stars they rate the hotel. I was very disapointed. Normaly I trust Hotels.com

はじめてのバンコクだった為、ホテルズドットコムの予約時、要望欄に英文で空港までの送迎を依頼し、私のメールアドレスを記載したのですが返信はありませんでした。 不安になりながら当日空港でお迎えの人を探しましたがいませんでした。 いくら待ってもいないので自力でタクシーに乗りました。 チェックインの際にも一切そのことには触れられませんでしたので完全に見落としたままのようでした。 ホテルの前には屋台があってよかったです。

Need to be serviced!!

The property needs to really take care of the aroma or change the carpet... specially in the corridors. The smell is horrible and I would recommend everyone to check your floor before you are allocated a room at Check-in. Floor 27 is a definite NO for me. The smell is really bad and can make a person sick. Even the room needs to be serviced well. Over all I would give a 6 out of 10 for this property.

Fantastisk poolområde centralt i Bangkok

Godt ophold hos Windsor, mit fortrukne hotel i Bangkok. Store rummelige værelser, daglig complimentary vand på flaske, god morgenmad. Fantastisk poolområde, med tilhørende stort og bredt træningsfaciliteter. Central beliggenhed, i kort gåafstand fra Asok bts. Gode spisesteder på samme gade. Hotellet er fleksible ift. at tilrettelægge ind- og udtjekning med flyforbindelser ud og ind fra Europa, mod et mindre beløb for henholdsvis tidlig/sen ind/udtjekning. Hotellet kan klart anbefales. Value for money.

交通アクセスが最高に良い。近隣にいろんなカテゴリの飲食店も多く便利です。10数年毎月宿泊していますが、団体が増えたせいか、ロビーや朝食レストランでのマナーの悪さが気になることがありました。それ以外はスタッフ一同のサービスは昔と変わらず最高です。

Great location, clean, good service.

I liked this place. The location was great, the room was huge. We had an executive room which came with free happy hour drinks in the evening. Breakfast was also good. I would stay here again.

It may sound petty, but the hotel has a super fast elevator. As it has 33 floors and many guests, this actually made a difference. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is very, very nice. Staff are helpful and quick to respond to requests. The location is great, with many shops and restaurants around.

Hotellin aula oli suuri ja tyylikäs. Huoneemme 25. Kerroksessa oli iso ja ikkuna oli seinän kokoinen, näkymä oli upea. Allasalue oli hieno ja uima allas oli iso, aurinkotuoleja oli vaikea saada enää klo 11 jälkeen aamulla kun aurinko alkoi paistaa altaalle. Aamupala oli laaja ja kaksi kokkia oli paistamassa pyynnöstä munia sekä omeletteja. Miinuksena oli, että huoneen minibaari oli tyhjä ja hotellin baarit sulkeutuivat turhan aikaisin.
