We arrived here as the first stop for our honeymoon. We were taken care of right away. We were greeted with tea and when arriving in our room, it was decorated with our honeymoon greeting. The amenities were great, and the food was amazing. There are also local eats in walking distance around the hotel which made it convenient to try other Thai cuisine. We will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent, from the reception on the taxi and the check-in with Prim, to all the staff on the hotel restaurant for breakfast or dinner, Dom at the aquatherapy, and all the staff on the pool. I was speechless with the quality of the hotel, especially with the service of the staff that was always kind and helpful. The room is awesome and the location is very good, walkable to many things around, with very reasonable taxi distance to the main temples. I'll definitely recommend it for family and friends, and will come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Salil Hotel ...love the location by the river Chao Praya and the service yatch that can take you to Icon Siam. The excellent restaurants and cafe inside the hotel are really good. Breakfast buffet is really good with excellent staff to assist your needs. The concierge service is top notch. We highly recommend this hotel.

Quality Hotel, Friendly staff

For us the hotel location was superb close to Asiatique in which we spent the NYE. The facilities range from a variety of onsite bars, restaurants, gym and spa. Very clean and very friendly staff. Just great place!

Bangkok break

Three days exploring Bangkok, hotel well located with hotel river boat connecting malls and inward transport. Very high quality rooms, good staff. Breakfast was excellent with some great outside seats overlooking the river.

Fantastic Hotel

A beautiful hotel with impeccable service. There is even a free ferry service every hour to IconSiam (to and fro). Takes just 15 mins on the river and avoids the dreadful Bangkok jams! I would defintely return if I was ever in Bangkok again.

Check-in - excellent Room - excellent Service - excellent Taproom - excellent Breakfast - okay Pool area - good It was our luck to be there the same time as a business conference and it became busy when they broke for the day and breakfast on our first morning. Not all the facilities were open, the hydro pool which we wanted to try was closed. The breakfast on the second morning changed this to a four star rather than five star review. We were the only guests in an annex to the restaurant, no staff came to takeaway plates till near the end, hot drink order wrong. We felt that we had been forgotten about. The food quality is the same as most 4/5 star hotels. I came to the Salil with high expectations and left a little underwhelmed.
