We were surprised to see that the menus in the restaurants, particularly in the restaurant gastronomique, were surpressed. We really like the dining room there, but we are not able to eat a course meal in the evening.

Une réelle déception… La beauté du lieu ne suffit pas à faire oublier le reste. Chambre vieillotte, sans climatisation, espaces communs mal entretenus, piscines et toilettes communes dans un état insalubre. Accueil froid, parfois presque insultant, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant (même si le repas en lui-même était très bon). Le sentiment d’inconfort a été renforcé par le fait qu’on m’ait reproché d’avoir réservé via Expedia. Notre catégorie de chambre n’étant plus disponible, l’hôtel a choisi de nous sous-classer et a joué la carte de “l’erreur” lorsque je l’ai signalé… mais sans jamais présenter d’excuses. Nous avons finalement obtenu la vue mer réservée, mais on nous a fait entrer dans la chambre alors que la femme de ménage se dépêchait encore de terminer. Bref, une expérience extrêmement décevante, loin de ce que l’on peut attendre pour le prix payé et indigne de la réputation de cet hôtel.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles avec panorama sur une très jolie anse, visible depuis la piscine extérieure et la terrasse des restaurants. Les prestations sont de très bon niveau sans être réellement luxueuses. Le service est très attentionné mais pas guindé. La table est excellente, que ce soit le Café Clara ou à plus forte raison Le 180°, restaurant gastronomique à essayer au moins une fois. Si le temps n'est pas au beau, vous pouvez vous rabattre sur la piscine couverte et son jacuzzi. Au total, c'est un établissement tout à fait recommandable.

Restaurants très bons, rapidité du service. Personnel très courtois et à l'écoute. Par contre le prix élevé de la chambre (250 euros par nuit) n est pas en correspondance avec la qualité : papier peint décollé à différents endroits, joints de la douche noirs donc moisissures et une plinthe des toilettes recollée grossièrement. Pas de climatisation

Très bel hôtel dans un environnement magnifique. Le personnel de l'accueil dans un bureau , donc accueil vide, chambre très correcte mais très mal insonorisées quand les voisins sont bruyants. Equipements Spa+++ , par contre le café lyophilisé dans ce genre d'établissement ce n'est pas possible

Très beau sejour

La localisation est parfaite, le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. La location de vélos sur place fonctionne très bien (si on réserve). La table est bonne. Seul bémol, le bar n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement.

Assez déçue par le confort qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un relais château 4 étoiles. Immeubles vétustes et moquettes tachées. Aucune serviette à disposition au niveau de la thalasso et pas de presse dans l’hôtel. Aucune anticipation des besoins des clients (on doit demander constamment). Plus de produit douche dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Le sens du service est vraiment à revoir. Je suis habituée de ce genre d’établissement et là vraiment je trouve que ce n’est pas à la hauteur.

Magnifique

Tout était super ! Le seul petit bémol impossible de manger dehors car beaucoup de guêpes et fourmis volantes ! Sinon la vue, piscine extérieure et les restaurants sont très bien !
