Peace and quiet with private jetty in natural surrounds
Kookaburras looks North over the sparkling and protected waters of Duck Arm and includes your own small private beach as well as a private jetty which can accommodate vessels up to 40’. Kangaroos visit the front yard most days. the birdlife is prolific and the jetty perfect to catch a Bream from. Only a very few select properties are located on Banksia Peninsula with drive time to Bairnsdale or Paynesville less than 15 minutes - about the same by boat. Perfect for families and friends who enjoy nature and privacy but close to all of the magnificent attractions that the Gippsland Lakes have to offer.
