Blue Ridge Postcard View. Long Range, Layered Mountain Views!

Blue Ridge Postcard View is a deluxe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, West facing condo at The Reserve at Sugar Mountain with beautiful long range, layered mountain views at 5200 ft. elevation. It is close to all that the High Country area offers, such as skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, golfing, tennis, wineries, fine local restaurants, and of course, the Blue Ridge Parkway! A few minutes drive gets you to any of the area attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad, etc.

Enjoy a morning with coffee or an evening sunset on the 300 square foot deck with a 180 degree mountain view, The main living area has a million dollar view to the west, widescreen TV, a table that seats six, a bar with barstools, and a bistro table with two barstools as well. The master bedroom has amazing views from the king size bed. There is a wide screen TV, access to the deck, a jetted jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom, as well as a tiled, oversized shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and shares a full bath with the living area. The condo has a washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, and a gourmet kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Due to elevation, the average temperature is 20 -25 degrees cooler than the Charlotte/ATL/Eastern NC areas, and approximately 10 degrees cooler than other “mountain towns” due to the high elevation. Because of this, it is required during the winter months that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to snow and/or ice. There is no refund for not being able to reach the condo due to weather conditions.

Amazing Getaway

Basically at the top of the mountain! At times you are above the clouds. The condo was very clean and decorated to make it feel like home! We definitely want to go back! Excellent property!

Perfect stay

Dean went above and beyond answering our questions. Pretty much everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing stay was available. You can tell Dean put a lot of thought into outfitting the place to ensure his guests were able to relax and be stress-free. The views from the back deck are phenomenal, as well.

Great mountain condo

Dean is great to work with. Condo is always clean and everything works as it should, which doesn’t always happen with other rental companies. Great instructions and communications. View is fabulous. Our second stay, but the weather cooperated this time. Will stay again for sure. Location very convenient to hikes and wineries.

We had an amazing time this weekend on Sugar Mountain. Dean is an amazing host keeping us updated on the condo and even it had it ready for check-in to regular time. The condo was absolutely beautiful and it had spectacular views. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

A dream stay!

We booked this condo for a spring break getaway with our boys. Dean, the owner, was the most responsive host we’ve ever encountered. The condo was immaculate. And the pictures, as great as they are, hardly capture the absolute beauty of the place. For us, it was a vacation of a lifetime. We could not have been happier with our experience. I highly recommend this condo. It is a very special place.

What a nice place!!

What a nice place!! The condo was super clean and very like new. The kitchen was very nicely appointed with every utensil/dish/glass you might want and a nice array of supplies. The living area and bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The bed and bath linens were nice quality too. Dean was a very nice host. He was very quick to respond to my occasional messages, from my initial inquiry about the condo to check out day. Dean was very pleasant to work with, and answered my questions thoroughly. If we return to the Linville area again in the future, we will plan to stay here again!

Postcard View Indeed! Plus well appointed condo!

The view from this condo is amazing from the living room and master bedroom, especially at sunset. The condo is well laid out and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has great furniture. The bathrooms are spacious, clean, and with all the amenities. We love the kitchen - great appliances, tools, utensils etc - with lots of counter spaces. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Amazing Views

This was a great way to spend a week in the mountains. The property is beautiful and the view is one of the best I've ever seen.The host was gracious, we had lots of subtle touches that made the stay that much better.

Cleanest Rental Ever

This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, by far. Dean is very timely in his responses. Check-in was great. Close enough to walk to top of sugar mountain’s summit express lift then ski down. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect experience, highly recommend.
