1) Rental Agreement & Security Hold: All guests are required to e-sign our rental agreement after booking. A $500 security hold will be collected via our secure software (OwnerRez) two days prior to arrival and released seven days after departure, assuming no damages.
2) Pet Policy: Up to 2 house-trained dogs (max 50 lbs each) welcome. Fees: $200 (1st), $150 (2nd)—additional fee may be requested separately. Please crate when needed, supervise outdoors, and clean up waste ($35 fee if not). Pet damage may incur $300+ cleaning/repair. See house rules for details.
3) The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with contracted snow removal, but winter weather can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend using 4-wheel drive vehicles or snow chains during winter visits.
4) Visitors are not permitted unless prior approval is requested and granted by the host.
5) Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras covering the parking area, back deck, cottage entrance, and front door. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the home.
