"Great hotel for long stays."

"Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was advertised as free/included, but we were later told we had to pay for it. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....

"This appears to be a scam listing. Do not book this property. I reserved and fully paid for this apartment for a five-day trip. Despite the booking being confirmed, I had still not received any check-in instructions one day before my arrival. I contacted the property several times but received no response. On the day of check-in, I arrived at the listed address, but there was no staff member, agent, or anyone available to facilitate my check-in. I was left standing outside the property with my...
