This rental spot is close to everything! You can walk to most trails, town and great restaurants! The house was clean and fully stocked, we wanted for nothing! Desiree and Jeremiah were fabulous hosts, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 while visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park! We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the view of the water from the chairs in the front yard. Having our morning coffee there was amazing! And the games in the garage were a bonus. This was our second annual girls trip, and this property was perfect for it! The amenities were the best of any rental we’ve ever had.

We had an amazing week. Everything was as described and better. My kids loved the yurt and playing in the garage. So many bonus extras included like fresh ground coffee and stocked toiletries - I forgot my Q tips and was so happy to have some at the house.

Long Weekend in Bar Harbor
Fabulous Property that lived up to & surpassed our expectations. We were in town for a Wedding with Lifelong Friends. This was our first time in Bar Harbor & we all fell in love with this place. Well stocked, super comfortable home with lots of extras!
The home was well stocked, clean, roomy with lots of little areas to explore outside with gorgeous nature all around. The yurt was a huge hit! The home is located close enough to walk to downtown for shopping, local tours, and the marina. It's also remarkably close to Acadia and all the wonderful trails to hike. The owners were super responsive, kind and quite easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Desiree's property was everything we were looking for and more. Not a detail was missed - from the extra toiletries (just in case!) to the lovely welcome kit when we arrived.
The location was a perfect walking distance to get to town, while just enough outside of town that it felt secluded. We could not recommend this property enough!

Great house for visiting Bar Harbor & Acadia
We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean house with lots of details that make it very comfortable ie. extra blankets & pillows. Plus so many extras like coffee bar, local snacks & souvenirs, and tons of toiletries you might have forgotten. The house is located just outside of the main downtown area, about a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the harbor, stores and restaurants. 5 minute drive to one of the main entrances to Acadia for Cadillac mountain. Really great place we would return to and recommend to others.

Fabulous property with many "extras"
From the moment we walked into the property and started looking around, we raved about how much we liked it. It was comfortable, well-appointed beyond expectation, and big enough for our group of 6 friends. I think it says a lot that when we left our week exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia, our one regret was not getting to spend more time taking advantage of all this VRBO had to offer. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Beautiful views and great location
The house was exactly as pictured! It was quiet, quaint and a lot of attention to detail went into the entire house. We loved the view from the front as well as the firepit and space for fun and games in the back. The garage/gameroom was where a lot of time was spend playing ping pong. We loved the snacks that were left for us upon arrival as well as the goodies to make 'smores. We appreciated all of the suggestions on what to do in Bar Harbor. We loved every minute of exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The hosts were always prompt to respond and such a big help! We would highly recommend staying here.

The property was very clean and beautiful. The hosts provided so many extra little amenities all through the house. Bathrooms had everything you could imagine if you forgot something. A snack basket was filled with local Maine products that we got to taste. The blueberry soda was delicious. A bundle of wood was waiting as well as everything needed to make some-mores. The area is beautiful and within walking distance to just about anything in town. I gave the property a 3 star review about the description accuracy because the property info said 2 1/2 bath when it was only 1 1/2 bath. We had six adults, but it was workable. The owners were very quick to respond when we questioned this and said they were adding a bathroom and did correct the listing. We had a great time and it was a great property.

Everything you could think of...they had it!
What a tremendous stay at your home. Our son was getting married that weekend and we needed somewhere close that would house our aging parents, our daughter and boyfriend and all the groomsmen. The yurt was perfect for the groomsmen. The two car garage has everything we needed for a space for family after the wedding. Unfortunately it was cold and wet so the inside space was perfect! Highly recommend this home as they had thought of every little thing you might have forgotten at home. I had brought our gluten free toaster and my mother in law thought they had supplied that too because there were so many other details available. Walking distance from town was an added bonus. We did not feel like we were anywhere near town. It was so quiet. Owners were communicative and delightful! If you're hesitating......book it. You won't regret it.
