With a fantastic Chill Out terrace and a small communal pool, from which you can contemplate the most incredible views of the Sagrada Familia, as it is located right in front of this majestic Basilica. In addition, being just a few steps from the metro, you can move to the city center in just 5 minutes. The apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet, as well as SAT TV, WIFI internet, safe and all the advantages of a new building.
On foot: Only 25 meters from the impressive Sagrada Familia, the metro, shopping area, supermarkets and numerous cafes and restaurants. Just 8 minutes away we find the charming Barrio de Gràcia and the beautiful Passeig Sant Joan.
By subway: A couple of minutes from the center, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, Passeig de Gràcia (famous shopping avenue) and Plaça Catalunya, 3 minutes from the Born Quarter, the Cathedral of Barcelona and the Picasso Museum, and about 5 minutes from Parc Güell or Barceloneta beach.

The check in process was not good . The instructions were too late and they were not correct. We had to contact several different people before we could get assistance to access the apartment kitchen facilities were ok but no welcome water no tea or coffee - poor hospitality compared to the many other places we have stayed in Europe.

Great location, great stay!

The apartment is located steps from Sagrada Familia and the Metro. The apartment was clean, modern and had great A/C and comfortable beds to relax after long days of sightseeing. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were extremely responsive. Some noise from the restaurants, etc on the street below at night but to be expected in a busy area of the city.

Great family vacay with a view!!

We had the best time staying at this fabulous VRBO in Barcelona! It was ideally located for visiting Sagrada Familia and we loved having plenty of room for our family of six. The rooftop pool and view of the cathedral were heavenly and our four kiddos loved cooling in the pool after a hot day of exploring. EnjoyBCN was wonderful to communicate with and very professional. Our entire stay was a dream!

Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic trip to Barcelona! The check-in process was so easy. The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. We used the washer and dryer which was so convenient. The management even dropped off a little welcome gift! I highly recommend staying here!

Family stay in Barcelona

I spent 4 nights in the property with my family. Fantastic location with views of the Sagrada Familia. Also very close to the metro and a number of supermarkets. The apartment was well laid out although small for 6 of us (2 on the sofa bed). The terrace and pool were basic but pleasant to use.

Wonderful view and excellent location

The apartment was clean and quiet. Perfectly located a block away from the Sagrada familia. Taxies are always nearby and easy to hail. Laundry facilities are a single full sized washer and dryer downstairs on the ground floor. The cooktop is radiant and not induction. But that wasn't really an issue for us since we came to enjoy the food of Barcelona. The view of the Sagrada is breathtaking. There's plenty of room in the apartment for a family of 4. The check-in process was very easy. Communication was fast. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location

This apartment was perfect for my family of 3. The location is unbelievably convenient - a block from Sagrada Familia, so it was just easy to tell taxi drivers where to go! It is lively in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Sometimes that comes a lot of noise, but we didn't experience any noise that bothered our sleep or anything else. The apartment was very clean. We loved the view of Sagrada Familia, especially from the rooftop deck where we enjoyed some wine, cheese, bread/olive oil one evening. Besides the location, cleanliness and modern amenities offered by the apartment, I want to also give a shout out to the host for being so friendly and responsive! Someone was always available on WhatsApp with recommendations, answers to questions, helping with logistics of getting to the apartment, and so on. We very much appreciated the staff for giving us peace of mind while visiting Barcelona!

Lovely flat literally only 5 minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia. Basic but spotless. The flat is located on a pedestrian street lined with eateries, cafés, and souveneir shops. There are small markets (supermercat) and banks all over the neighborhood, so getting basic groceries, fresh fruit, veg, and bread, gift items, and cash is all in easy walking distance. EnjoyBCN is the property management agency for this building of holiday flats. I can't praise them enough. While planning a cruise departing from Barcelona, i found this flat run by Enjoy BCN through VRBO. Over the course of several months precruise, the EnjoyBCN staff responded to my every question in about 24 hours. I asked about airport and cruise terminal transfers for me and my traveling companions and they were able to arrange everything. (We needed a minivan taxi as we were several adults with carry-on and checked luggage.) I had already booked a couple of tours for our pre-cruise stay in Barcelona, but had i needed it, they could have helped with that too, as well as restaurant recommendations. There is a lift (elevator) in the building but the floors are staggered, so the lift only reaches the level of every other flat. A half flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the flats that are inbetween, so be ready for that. There's a communal washer & dryer for shared use on the ground floor. Our front door lock was temperamental but other than that, our stay was flawless.

Emplacement Génial !

L'appartement correspondait bien à nos attentes confortables et propres. Bien équipé. Le balcon filant avec vue sur la Sagrada Familia ainsi que la terrasse en rooftop et la piscine sont un plus. Y prendre un verre à la tombée de la nuit et admirer l'étoile qui s'allume sur la Cathédrale est magique. Proche du metro et de toutes les commodités. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
