The apartment and the inside of the building were impeccably clean. The wifi was good and there’s a laundromat across the street. There are cafes , restaurants. supermarkets and a 24 hr. grocery store nearby. The property is well located as it was next to primary metro lines and away from heavy tourist zones.

Pro's. The space was huge and in a decent location Cons. Very basic and minimalist. Hair dryer didn't work. Wasn't properly cleaned.

The location is very convenient for all shopping. I buy groceries to cook for myself. They also contacted me about all transportation I would need. I paid in advance for ride from airport to hotel and from hotel to ship port 4 days later. Our rides arrived early and was very friendly and helpful with luggage. Price was very good for a 2 bedroom apartment. There was a little issue with a screw in the toilet lid and they responded quickly with a new one. The only issues we had were that the television is 100% Spanish and the closed caption was only in Spanish. And, they didn't supply enough tissue for 2 women staying 4 days. The security was very good. You could not enter the building at any time without a key card. I would stay again.

The place is fantastic! Excellent location, quiet at night. Just one thing, if you are given a room on the 3rd floor, the WIFI will be on and off, other than that, it’s perfect! If you go in summer, make sure the A/C is functioning, cause ours was blowing air, but it wasn’t cool enough. Overall, it’s a great place, I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very big and quite clean. The shower was a little small. There is an elevator so no issues with stairs. The kitchen has the bare essentials - glasses, cups, bowls, silverware, etc. It was quiet at night. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. Grocery stores, pastry shops, restaurants and laundromats are just across the street. Barcelona is a BIG city and to get to other areas (Gothic Quarter, Park Guell, etc.) will require transportation.

The apartment was very nice, excellent location for what we needed. A/C worked very well. Our only issue was that the WiFi didn’t work while sitting on the couch. No big deal but something that should be looked into. We would recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment we had was facing the inner yard, and was quiet, clean and spacious. Check-in went fine with the machine when we followed the instuctions. Staff was helpful and we could reach help by phone 24/7.

The property is big, if owner can provide extra pillows(now only 1 soft pillow for each person) and water heater can be big enough for 2 people then will be great.

We liked that the property. It was close to the train station and restaurants etc, but not in an area that was loud or really busy! The hustle and bustle was with a few train stops though! We liked the apartment because there was room to move around unlike the smaller en-suite rooms offered for the same price. My only complaint is the shower needs fixing. The shower head was loose and kept falling out and the shower floor had a loose hard plastic mat thing that slipped around and was cracked. You wouldn’t want to unsteady on your feet and have to use this shower. Overall the apartment was good value for money and was well situated. I would stay again, but please fix the shower!

Clean, good location to sagrada familia and torre glories. Lots of food and shopping establishments. Has elevator but need to go up a step to get to front entrance, so not wheelchair accessible. Even though they are apartments, they lack everyday essentials like a toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils like a spatula, tissue paper, colander, cutting board. Offered only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl for 3 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. However, host was responsive to requests.

The apartment was wonderful and the check in process went really well, internet was good. The only negative was the listing stated there was laundry facilities which I was counting on and there wasn’t any. The listing should be changed.
