  • Nice 1-bedroom apartment with a full bathroom and individual hot/cold air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchen. Keypad entry. Weekly cleaning of common areas. Weekly change of sheets and towels (optional). Unlimited Wi-Fi.
    The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. It features a table for dining and working, as well as a cozy sitting area.
    A lovely relaxation area has been set up on the building’s rooftop for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors.
    The studio is ideally located on Ronda Sant Pau, 10 minutes from Plaza Cataluña, 3 minutes from the Sant Antoni Market, and 10 minutes from La Boquería. The nearest metro station is 5 minutes away, and the bus stop is 1 minute away. There are numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, a library, and public transportation at your disposal. And it’s a 5-minute walk from Comte Borrell Street, considered one of the best in the world by Time Out.
