Hôtel très bien situé, avec un excellent petit déjeuner et un accès libre au café et au frigo, très appréciable. En revanche, gros point négatif : le bruit (mauvaise isolation, impression de dormir dans la rue) ainsi que des travaux dès 8h au-dessus ou en dessous des chambres, peu propices au repos.

Une forte odeur de canalisation et de renfermé était présente dans la chambre. J'en ai parlé avec la personne qui gère l'accueil mais qui est dans un autre établissement. Nous avons communiqué par mail et ses réponses étaient très rapide. Cependant, impossible de me faire changer de chambre car il n'y avait plus de place. Cet incident fâcheux fut vraiment déplaisant même si un produit pour estomper un peu les odeurs a été mit dans les canalisations après ma demande. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et jai donc dû retourner à l'accueil (extérieur à l'hotel) afin de récupérer la nouvelle carte et déposer celle de ma chambre. Le personnel a été réactif je n'ai rien à redire sur ce point mais le problème n'a pas été résolu en temps et en heure et ca c'est un bémol. Aussi, les chambres deviennent vétustes de par l'humidité etc.. donc on a beau nettoyer ca ne suffit plus. C'est dommage. L'option salle à manger et petit déjeuner est vraiment bien. La salle est entretenu et propre.

La ubicación muy buena y el trato recibido también, pero la ducha y el inodoro están ubicados en lo que debería ser un armario con lo cual si hacías tus necesidades tenias el olor allí casi continuo y el desayuno en una nevera con tuppers para el embutido y sin instrucciones para la cafetera o el microondas,self-service TOTAL por lo demás la habitación muy limpia y como digo el trato inmejorable aunque las fotos de la web no tienen nada que ver con la habitación que nosotros tuvimos....

Fantastic location! Great room ( double with balcony) excellent kitchen facilities making breakfast and lunch easy and hassle free. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in need. Street below was busy and a bit noisy but ear plugs completely changed the game. We will stay agai.

Las habitaciones son chicas y con poco espacio, el baño y la regadera comparten una puerta corrediza, por lo que, si usas uno, el otro queda abierto. El edificio es viejo y un tanto descuidado. Se escucha mucho el ruido de los demas cuartos y del área común. Séjour dans un Hostal

Le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai été surpris qu'il n'y pas d'accueil. Les chambres sont situées sur 2 étages dans un immeuble d'habitation. Après avoir téléphoné à l'hôtel, personne n'a décroché, c'est en appelant Hotels.com, que l'on m'a dit qu'il fallait se présenté à un autre hôtel pour s'enregistrer. L'autre hôtel Chic&Basic Reding Hôtel est situé Caller de Gravina à 200m. Tout cela a duré 45 mn. Il faut qu'une personne de l'accueil, si elle est disponible, vous accompagne pour vous explique qu'il y a 2 badges quand vous êtes logés au 2ème étage, car pour le petit déjeuner il fauit descendre au 1er étage et vous vous servez dans le frigo, dans les tiroirs, ... . La chambre est correcte mais avec une seule porte coulissante pour la douche et les sanitaires, quand vous êtes sous la douche les sanitaires sont ouverts; tout seul, cela n'est pas gênant, mai s à 2 cela peut l'être. Manque porte serviettes de toilette, lavabo directement dans la chambre sans tablette pour déposer trousse de toilette, -toute petite armoire, 2 patères pour les vêtements, en hiver cela peut être compliqué, à moins de mettre les vêtements sur l'unique chaire ou le bureau ou... au sol. Point positif, grand lit, ce que j'avais choisi. Le jour de mon départ, j'ai déposé mes bagages à la consigne de l'autre hôtel, la personne à l'accueil, qui était présente à mon retour dans l'après-midi, aimable comme une porte de prison. L'information de devoir se présenter à un autre hôtel est renseignée nulle part.

We're 2 seniors who enjoyed staying here!

We are two seniors who spent 4 nights here. Although our room was very small, it was well-designed. We spent our days as tourists and came back to the room briefly before heading out again in the evening. The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and the flamenco show which we saw at the City Hall. We were able to travel easily using public transit. The bed was firm but comfortable. The room had very good lighting options, and sufficient electric plugs for charging our devices. As we were on the same floor as the breakfast area, the clatter of dishes could sometimes be heard in the mornings, but it was nice and quiet at night. We really appreciated the thoughtful extra touches including little gifts left in the room on our arrival. Overall, as budget travelers, it was a great choice!

The place was acceptable. There was no reception in the building, you had to walk around the block to check-in or if you needed something. Cleaning was decent. I had a room with a balcony and the street was noisy. Bring earplugs. The breakfast is very basic, but it was available 24 hrs.
