Cozy Studio of 35 m2 in a building without lift on the first floor. Recently renovated with style and good taste. Roof beams have been restored.
We have all in only one space:

Barcelona studio

Studio was in a good location. My husband and I like to walk and most everything we wanted to see or do was in walking distance. I have psoriatic arthritis so we were unable to use the bed in the loft. We slept on the pull out couch. There was a bit of a sewer smell every once in a while. Bought some Glade spray and that helped some.

Nothing Chic about it, just shabby

This place needs major cleaning,and new furniture that you can actually sit in. The bentwood rocker in the picture has a dangerous broken arm, and the couch terrible to sit on But the 2 most unacceptable items are: 1) the washer is totally infected by mold. To the extent the whole apartment smells. If you are allergic, you will not stay. I did not use it and hand washed my clothes, despite choosing this place because of the washer. 2) the stairs up to the loft are narrow and steep with NO hand rail! Very dangerous! I don't know how this is legal by any country standard. I cannot recommend

Schönes Apartment in der Nähe der Innenstadt

Gute Basis, um einen schöne Sightseeing-Woche in Barcelona zu verbringen. Zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten zur Rambla und nur 30 Minuten z.B. ins Picasso-Museum. Mit dem Bus noch schneller. Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet, benötigt aber mal eine Überholung (Dusche, Arbeitsplatte in der Küche). Der Couchtisch und der Schaukelstuhl ind en Fotos haben wir nicht gesehen. W-LAN funktioniert gut, auch das rin elektronische Checkin. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist wegen des Straßenlärms unmöglich, aber es war Oktober. Für zwei Personen zu empfehlen.

We stayed at this airbnb for one week and we would recommend it. The location was really good because we could easily walk to the centre and beach but also to the train/bus station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. Only thing that we would add to the apartment would be whole body size mirror. There was only one mirror in the bathroom and traveling with girls that was a bit difficult. The soundproofing in the house was also a quite bad because the neighbors had heard our laughing. However we received a notification about this from the host and knew to be quite for the rest of the time. Overall we really liked this Airbnb.

The host provided great suggestions and even went a step further to provide us with additional exciting fun activities to look into and delicious cuisine. The apartment is located very centrally and you can easily walk to the next metro/bus stops. The road tends to be a bit loud at night due to the traffic. The apartment itself was clean and cozy. Nice interior, a spacious bathroom and all necessary equipment available. The bed and the sofa-sleeper were very comfortable. The check-in/check-out was easy. Good experience. Thanks for having us.
