"Salle de bain dans un état déplorable (rouille, carrelage cassé, robinet oxydé, meuble avec tiroir cassé...) Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas les 2 premiers jour car la télécommande était déprogrammée ! Il faisait plus chaud dans l’appartement que dehors. Quartier plutôt sale, avec des odeurs d’urines, des sans abris qui dorment dans tout les coins de rues... Il a fallu aller chercher les clés au centre ville de Barcelone (1h30 de marche aller retour)"

"Proces zameldowania w apartamencie był koszmarem. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że należy udać się do biura które oddalone jest od apartamentu ok 20 min jazdy samochodem ( taxi). W biurze poinformowano nas o konieczności zapłacenia 300 euro kaucji-! - wcześniej nie było nigdzie takiej informacji. Ponadto pomimo iż rezerwacja została wcześniej opłacona i okazano dowód zapłaty, kazano zapłacić nam ponownie. Po godzinie wyjaśnień i ponownym zapłaceniu okazało się że doszło do pomyłki i...

"Excellent airport shuttle schedule and service. Responsive in chat or calls to questions. Honored preferred room requests. Staff was excellent in demeanor and execution made suggestions locally. Great location if you get caught in a overnight airport stay for a long term stay more than 2 days I wouldnt consider it due to location in a busienss park. Business purposes may be suited to this hotel best. Well designed rooms and amenities. Access to 1 or 2 restaurants in area, not in a neighborhood walkable to pharmacies or supermarkets or bakeries etc.They have excellent staff at reception , maintenance and housekeeping. We encountered a bedding issue and they were responsive. They have a known issue with leakage of water through the slightly misaligned shower door onto the floors where it slightly pools and floods the bathroom.Their resolution is to put towels down to absorb it. Excellent water pressure in shower and rest of the room was clean with an iron in room , no mini bar items provided except water. We only stayed one night but will likely book at other hotels in the el prat area (which we really enjoyed)in a walkable neighborhood with shuttle service. Other hotels are closer to trains and busses and dont require a taxi to go everywhere."

"Great hotel in a wonderful location; better than I expected for the price. There is a beautiful alley next to it with a Tapa Tapa, a cool gallery, and a cocktail bar. Rooms were updated and very clean. I’ll likely try to book there again when I go back to Barcelona. I would have appreciated an iron in the room I never checked to see if they provide on request. Overall excellent."
