Welcome to the modern Loft in the center next to the Arc de Triomphe with pool and roof terrace! This loft is fully furnished, equipped and newly renovated, designed to provide a warm, cozy and special experience, ideal for enjoying Barcelona as a local with all the comforts of a comfortable home.

The modern Loft in the center next to the Arc de Triomf has 40 m² and is located in the most central area of Barcelona. In addition to a large roof terrace with a community pool and solarium, this loft has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. The space is very quiet, with open spaces and a contemporary interior design that will make you feel like you are in a unique environment.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 **** **** **** 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too).

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
